Netherlands: explore Middle-Earth in Geldrop

There is something really cool about the village I live in: Geldrop, in the Netherlands, apart from the fact that it is a lovely village touching Eindhoven in the Noord Brabant region.

It’s not a myth… Middle-Earth does exist… on Earth! If you are a Hobbit or Lord of the Rings fan, or simply looking for something different to do while in the area, jump on a bike and go explore! every street in the neighborhood has the name of a fictional character of J.R.R. Tolkins. The day care center is even called “the Hobbit”.

And if you start seeing pink elephants…. you are at the right place 🙂
